Application for registration.—Every cable operator carrying on the transmission of programmes by cable shall make an application for registration to the Board of Film Certification in Form VIII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every periodical held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
