Application for registration.—Every owner of a cattle pound carrying on the keeping of a cattle pound shall make an application for registration to the District Panchayat in Form 1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every assessment register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
