Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a cattle pound who ceases to carry on the keeping of a cattle pound shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Panchayat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every demand notice held by him has been disposed of.
