Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of telecommunication equipment shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
