Intimation of change.—Every distributor of films shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form VIII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
