Intimation of change.—Every publisher of a report of proceedings of the Legislature shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 2A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
