Surrender of certificate.—Every builder of a group housing scheme who ceases to carry on the construction of a group housing scheme shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every project held by him has been disposed of.
