Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any agent dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of ore then held; and the Regional Controller of Mines shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
