Surrender of certificate.—Every generator of hazardous waste who ceases to carry on the generation of hazardous waste shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every emission held by him has been disposed of.
