Application for registration.—Every air traffic controller carrying on the control of air traffic shall make an application for registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-3, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every navigation aid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
