Intimation of change.—Every breeder shall intimate to the Registrar of Copyrights, in Form 3 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
