Surrender of certificate.—Every breeder who ceases to carry on the breeding of plant varieties shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every opposition held by him has been disposed of.
