Application for registration.—Every breeder carrying on the breeding of plant varieties shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form TM-A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every geographical indication held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
