Intimation of change.—Every operator of a swimming pool shall intimate to the Disciplinary Panel, in Form A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Disciplinary Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
