Application for registration.—Every operator of a ferry carrying on the operation of a ferry shall make an application for registration to the Gram Panchayat in Form 6, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
