Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the factor shall apply to the Financial Redress Agency in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Financial Redress Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
