Intimation of change.—Every common carrier shall intimate to the Regional Transport Authority, in Form 20 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
