Application for registration.—Every polling agent carrying on attendance at a polling station shall make an application for registration to the Returning Officer in Form 7, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every electoral roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
