Intimation of change.—Every polling agent shall intimate to the Returning Officer, in Form 8 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Returning Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
