Surrender of certificate.—Every consignor who ceases to carry on the consignment of goods shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Chits in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every warehouse receipt held by him has been disposed of.
