Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the parcel agent shall apply to the Metro Railway Administration in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Metro Railway Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
