Intimation of change.—Every parcel agent shall intimate to the Metro Railway Administration, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Metro Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
