Surrender of certificate.—Every person carrying on business who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Industries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every chit agreement held by him has been disposed of.
