Application for registration.—Every person carrying on business carrying on the carrying on of business shall make an application for registration to the Director of Industries in Form G, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every bill of lading held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
