Application for registration.—Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application for registration to the State Sports Council in Form F, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every stadium held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
