Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a swimming pool who ceases to carry on the running of a swimming pool shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Sports Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every contract of an athlete held by him has been disposed of.
