Periodical returns.—Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer shall furnish to the Public Accounts Committee, within fourteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form GFR 22 of the drawing and disbursement of funds carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
