Intimation of change.—Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer shall intimate to the Public Accounts Committee, in Form GFR 25 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Public Accounts Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
