Application for registration.—Every co-operative bank carrying on the business of a co-operative bank shall make an application for registration to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
