Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the authorised dealer to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form ANF-3A, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Authorised Officer shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and twenty days of the service.
