Correction of entries.—The Chief Electrical Inspector may, on an application made in Form III by any captive generating plant owner or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
