Periodical return.—Every food business operator carrying on the carrying on of a food business shall furnish to the Licensing Authority, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form A of every analysis report received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for fifteen days from the date on which it is furnished.
