Clause 2, Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code (Register of births Control) Order, 2026 [SB4-DCZ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2024); (b) "guardian appointed by the court" means a person carrying on the management of the property of a minor; (c) "certificate" means a certificate received, held or disposed of by a guardian appointed by the court in the course of the management of the property of a minor; (d) "Form I" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
