Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the custody of the Assistant Drugs Controller, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi; and where the Assistant Drugs Controller having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 20-B within fifteen days of the succession.
