Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pharmacist shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
