Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commissioner appointed by the court shall apply to the Legal Services Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Legal Services Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
