Surrender of certificate.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government who ceases to carry on the receipt of substantial financing from the Government shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokpal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
