Application for registration.—Every transporter of goods carrying on the transport of goods shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form GSTR-3B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every warehouse held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
