Surrender of certificate.—Every real estate agent who ceases to carry on the business of a real estate agent shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every tenancy agreement held by him has been disposed of.
