Surrender of certificate.—Every direct seller who ceases to carry on the business of direct selling shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Consumer Protection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every label held by him has been disposed of.
