Application for registration.—Every operator of a slaughter house carrying on the running of a slaughter house shall make an application for registration to the Referral Laboratory in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every ration card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
