Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a slaughter house who ceases to carry on the running of a slaughter house shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Referral Laboratory in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of purchases held by him has been disposed of.
