Application for registration.—Every ground handling agency carrying on the provision of ground handling services shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-3, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
