Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-operative bank shall apply to the Registrar of Moneylenders in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Moneylenders shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
