Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a passport service centre dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Protector of Emigrants in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every travel document then held; and the Protector of Emigrants shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
