Intimation of change.—Every operator of a passport service centre shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form X and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
