Intimation of change.—Every unit shall intimate to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in Form ANF-4A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
