Clause 2, Maharashtra Village Panchayats (Demand notice Control) Order, 2025 [SB2-SAW]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959 (Maharashtra Act 3 of 1959); (b) "operator of a rice mill in a village" means a person carrying on the running of a rice mill in a village; (c) "register of buildings" means a register of buildings received, held or disposed of by a operator of a rice mill in a village in the course of the running of a rice mill in a village; (d) "Form 1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
