Application for registration.—Every consumer carrying on the use of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every supply line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
