Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant who ceases to carry on the treatment of sewage shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Canal Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every dam held by him has been disposed of.
